It all started in 2009, when the Moretti family — lifelong residents of Springfield, Missouri — decided to turn their grandmother's legendary pizza recipe into something the whole community could enjoy. With a rented kitchen, a secondhand pizza oven, and an abundance of passion, Pizza Ranch opened its doors for the very first time.
In the early days, it was just three people: Marco Moretti rolling dough before sunrise, his wife Elena crafting the secret tomato sauce, and their teenage daughter Sofia delivering orders on weekends. Word spread fast. By the end of year one, the small dining room was packed every Friday night.

Just two years in, Pizza Ranch is voted "Best Pizza in Springfield" by the Springfield Gazette readers poll — the first of many recognitions. The dining room doubles in size to meet growing demand.
We invested in a state-of-the-art kitchen facility and officially launched our catering division — bringing Pizza Ranch to weddings, corporate events, and local festivals across the region.
Pizza Ranch enters the digital age with a brand new website and online ordering platform. Delivery orders surge 200% in the first quarter, bringing our pies to every corner of Springfield.
